HOW CAN I ACCESS MY EMAIL?
You can access your email via:
Email client: Configure your email client on your computer, phone, or tablet according to that device’s instructions.
HOW DO I SET-UP MY EMAIL CLIENT
You can use a variety of email clients on your computer, tablet or phone. You will need the following settings to set up your email client:
Click “Tools” on header bar Click “Account Settings” Click “New” Your Name is “Your Name” or “Administration” or “Sales” or “Enquiries” Email address is firstname.lastname@example.org Password is – “password” Retype password – “password” Click “Manually configure” Your Name is “Your Name” or “Administration” or “Sales” or “Enquiries” Email address is email@example.com Account type is “POP3″ Incoming server is “mail.proudlyafrican.co.za Outgoing server is “mail.proudlyafrican.co.za User name is “firstname.lastname@example.org” Password is “password” Click “More settings” Click “Advanced” Incoming port must be “143″ Change outgoing port to “587″ Click “OK” Click “Test Account Settings” Click “Close” if both incoming and outgoing is checked “green” Done
HOW DO I SET-UP EMAIL FORWARDING?
You can continue to use your preferred personal email by enabling email forwarding:
- Click on your Email Inbox/user and go to the Forwarding Tab (section). You can choose to forward all of your current email addresses to one email by using the *catch all row or you can select an individual email address (or username).
- Click on the “Save All” button to save your new forwarding settings.
HOW DO I DELETE MY EMAIL ACCOUNT?
Send us an email at email@example.com and we will gladly delete any account you need deleted.
Note: Once you delete a username, you also delete all the emails, contacts, and calendar appointments associated with this username.
WHAT IS THE BILLING CYCLE FOR PERSONAL EMAIL?
We currently only offer the R97.00 /month subscription for our email service
